New Year Safety Reminder: Home Safety Detectors
As we begin the new year, please be sure that your smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, and radon detectors are installed and functioning properly. If elevated radon levels are detected and mitigation is needed, please remember to submit an ARC request to the HOA and obtain a Building Permit from the City of Crystal Lake Building Division before installation.

Neighborhood Garage Sale – Want to Join Us?
Unit 809 & Unit 808 will be having a garage sale on Friday, September 25th & Saturday, September 26th! (Alternative dates if rain, Friday, October 2nd & October, 3rd)
If you’ve been thinking about cleaning out the garage, closets, or basement, this is a great opportunity to join in! All Four Colonies No. 6 residents are welcome to hold a garage sale at their own home on these dates.
If you plan to participate, please let us know so we can include your unit on the neighborhood garage sale signs we’ll be putting out to help direct shoppers to participating homes.
Important Reminder: Each participating homeowner is responsible for obtaining the required City of Crystal Lake Garage Sale Permit for their property.
The more neighbors who participate, the more shoppers we can attract — so come join the fun!
Alpine Currant Replacement Notice
As part of our ongoing landscape maintenance program, Alpine Currant bushes that have not survived or are in poor condition will be replaced throughout the community. A total of 39 bushes across 24 units have been identified for replacement.
Homeowners with replacement plantings are encouraged to help the new bushes establish healthy root systems by following the recommended watering schedule during the first several months after installation.
